TenderWatch is live: Singapore tender discovery, on your phone

Editor’s note, 9 August 2026: This is the original launch announcement from 8 May 2026, kept as a record of that release. TenderWatch’s pricing has changed since: from version 1.5 it is a single subscription — a 7-day free trial, then SGD 4.98 per month — with everything included. See Pricing for current terms.

If you bid on government tenders in Singapore, you know the routine. Check GeBiz. Check CAG. Check SATS. Scroll through listings. Try to figure out if any of them are relevant. Repeat tomorrow.

TenderWatch is now live on iOS and Android. A mobile app that gathers listings from Singapore’s tender portals, refreshed multiple times a day, and sends push alerts on the filters you choose — built specifically for the SMEs and contractors who do this work every day.

Why we built it

Singapore’s government tender market is significant — and according to a Ministry of Finance parliamentary reply, about 80% of bidders and awarded suppliers are locally-based SMEs. The opportunity is real, but the discovery process favours larger companies with dedicated procurement teams.

Tenders live across multiple portals. GeBiz handles government procurement. Changi Airport Group runs its own. SATS has another. Checking each portal manually wastes hours every week — and the relevant ones still slip past you.

SMEs deserve the same access to these opportunities as the bigger players. TenderWatch is our way of making that happen.

What you get

Multi-source feed

GeBiz, Changi Airport Group, and SATS — all in one app. The feed is refreshed multiple times a day. No portal-juggling, no manual refreshing.

Push notifications

Three notification types. New-tender alerts arrive as push notifications on the filters you choose, and a closing reminder follows for any tender you have bookmarked that is within 48 hours of its deadline, so a new listing or an approaching deadline reaches you without opening the app. Separately, you get an award notice when a tender you have bookmarked is awarded — GeBiz only, as Changi Airport Group and SATS publish no awards.

Awards tracking

See who won each GeBiz tender, the value awarded, and when. GeBiz is the award source here; Changi Airport Group and SATS publish no awards. (Malaysia’s MyProcurement was added later, in version 1.5 — see Features.)

Bookmarks & tracking

Save tenders, track them through to award, and keep your entire tender pipeline organised on your phone — included for every subscriber.

Sharing and offline access

Send a tender to a colleague via WhatsApp or email in two taps. Browse tenders without an internet connection — everything syncs when you reconnect.

Pricing

Editor’s note, 9 August 2026 — pricing has changed since this announcement. The two-tier pricing described here at launch in May 2026 no longer applies. From version 1.5, TenderWatch has one plan at one price: a 7-day free trial, then SGD 4.98 per month, billed monthly and auto-renewing, and you can cancel anytime through your app store. Every source, every push alert and bookmarks are included in that single subscription. For the terms that apply today, see Pricing.
