How does the free trial work?
Eligible subscribers can start a 14-day free trial through the App Store or Google Play. Eligibility and the offer are shown before you confirm. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel by the deadline shown by your store; Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before a trial ends.
What happens when my trial ends?
After an eligible trial, the subscription automatically renews monthly at the price shown in your store unless you cancel in time. The Singapore price is SGD 4.98/month; other markets use the local store price.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel renewal through the App Store or Google Play account used to subscribe. The store shows when access ends; trial cancellation may end access immediately. Deleting the app or your TenderWatch account does not cancel the store subscription.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can use any payment method supported by your app store account, including credit cards and digital wallets.
