About TenderWatch
Making government procurement accessible to every business — not just the big players.
The Problem We Solve
Government and corporate tender portals are scattered and time-consuming to monitor. SMEs and contractors spend hours each week checking GeBiz, CAG, SATS, MyProcurement, and other portals for new opportunities — refreshing pages, downloading documents, and reading through lengthy requirements — only to discover that many tenders are irrelevant to their business, or that they have already missed the deadline.
This process is broken. It favours large companies with dedicated procurement teams and puts smaller businesses at a disadvantage — even though they are often the ones best suited for the work.
Who We Are
TenderWatch is built by Deep Forest Lab — a small team focused on making business tools that save time. We believe technology should remove friction, not add it. That means building products that are simple, useful, and respectful of your time. Deep Forest Lab was founded by a technology-industry veteran whose experience spans hands-on software development through to regional senior management.
We built TenderWatch because we saw how much time businesses waste on tender discovery — and we knew automation could solve it. Our goal is to level the playing field so that every business, regardless of size, has the same access to government procurement opportunities.
TenderWatch is built and operated by Deep Forest Lab, based in Singapore. You can also find the company on LinkedIn, and get the app on the App Store and Google Play.
Why Singapore First
Singapore has one of the most developed government procurement ecosystems in the region. GeBiz — the Government Electronic Business portal — handles a large share of public-sector procurement every year. Major corporations like Changi Airport Group (CAG) and SATS run their own procurement portals. The market is digital-ready, English-speaking, and has a thriving SME sector that actively participates in government and corporate procurement.
It was the ideal starting point for what we are building.
Where We Are Going
TenderWatch aggregates tenders from GeBiz, CAG and SATS in Singapore, and MyProcurement in Malaysia — giving you a single view across government and corporate procurement portals. Malaysia is now live alongside Singapore, and we are continuing to expand across Southeast Asia — adding new tender sources as they become available.
Our north star is simple: wherever there are government tenders, TenderWatch should be there to help businesses find them.
How Our Data Works
TenderWatch monitors procurement sources across Singapore — GeBiz, Changi Airport Group (CAG) and SATS — and Malaysia — MyProcurement — with data refreshed multiple times a day. New tenders reach you as push alerts on the filters you choose after each refresh; closing reminders and award notices are scoped to the tenders you bookmark. Awarded-tender data is drawn from GeBiz (Singapore) and MyProcurement (Malaysia), as CAG and SATS publish no awards.
We aggregate and surface what these official portals publish — we do not create, alter or reproduce tender notices. For the full details of any opportunity, TenderWatch links you back to the official source. Account data is handled in line with Singapore’s PDPA, and the service runs on Google Cloud in the Singapore region.
An Independent Tool
TenderWatch is an independent tool by Deep Forest Lab — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government agency or the portals it lists. Listings are for discovery only and may be incomplete or contain errors. Every listing links back to the official portal, where you download documents and submit your bid. We do not host documents or accept submissions.
