About TenderWatch

Making government procurement accessible to every business — not just the big players.

The Problem We Solve

Government tender portals are clunky, scattered, and time-consuming to monitor. SMEs and contractors spend hours each week checking for new opportunities — refreshing pages, downloading documents, and reading through lengthy requirements — only to discover that many tenders are irrelevant to their business, or that they have already missed the deadline.

This process is broken. It favours large companies with dedicated procurement teams and puts smaller businesses at a disadvantage — even though they are often the ones best suited for the work.

Who We Are

TenderWatch is built by Deep Forest Lab — a small team focused on making business tools that save time. We believe technology should remove friction, not add it. That means building products that are simple, useful, and respectful of your time.

We built TenderWatch because we saw how much time businesses waste on tender discovery — and we knew automation and AI could solve it. Our goal is to level the playing field so that every business, regardless of size, has the same access to government procurement opportunities.

Why Singapore First

Singapore has one of the most developed government procurement ecosystems in the region. GeBiz — the Government Electronic Business portal — processes billions of dollars in tenders every year. The market is digital-ready, English-speaking, and has a thriving SME sector that actively participates in government procurement.

It is the ideal starting point for what we are building.

Where We Are Going

We are expanding TenderWatch in two directions: more sources and more countries. Soon we will aggregate tenders from additional Singapore portals — including Ariba, Sesami, and TenderInfo — giving you a single view across all platforms.

After that, we are expanding across Southeast Asia, starting with Malaysia. Our vision is simple: wherever there are government tenders, TenderWatch should be there to help businesses find them.
