About TenderWatch
Helping businesses discover government and corporate tender opportunities in Singapore and Malaysia.
The Problem We Solve
Government and corporate tender portals are scattered and time-consuming to monitor. SMEs and contractors spend hours each week checking GeBiz, CAG, SATS, MyProcurement, and other portals for new opportunities — refreshing pages, downloading documents, and reading through lengthy requirements — only to discover that many tenders are irrelevant to their business, or that they have already missed the deadline.
This process is broken. It favours large companies with dedicated procurement teams and puts smaller businesses at a disadvantage — even though they are often the ones best suited for the work.
Who We Are
TenderWatch is built by Deep Forest Lab — a small team focused on making business tools that save time. We believe technology should remove friction, not add it. That means building products that are simple, useful, and respectful of your time. Deep Forest Lab was founded by a technology-industry veteran whose experience spans hands-on software development through to regional senior management.
We built TenderWatch to make tender discovery easier to organise. It is an optional app for browsing opportunities; businesses can access the official procurement portals directly without subscribing to TenderWatch.
TenderWatch is built and operated by Deep Forest Lab, based in Singapore. You can also find the company on LinkedIn, and get the app on the App Store and Google Play.
Why Singapore First
Singapore has one of the most developed government procurement ecosystems in the region. GeBiz — the Government Electronic Business portal — handles a large share of public-sector procurement every year. Major corporations like Changi Airport Group (CAG) and SATS run their own procurement portals. The market is digital-ready, English-speaking, and has a thriving SME sector that actively participates in government and corporate procurement.
It was the ideal starting point for what we are building.
Our Current Coverage
TenderWatch aggregates listings from GeBiz, CAG and SATS in Singapore, and MyProcurement in Malaysia. Our current coverage is these four sources across two countries.
Our focus is helping businesses browse opportunities and find the official source for further research.
How Our Data Works
TenderWatch monitors GeBiz, CAG and SATS in Singapore, and MyProcurement in Malaysia, with data refreshed multiple times a day. Awarded-tender data is available for GeBiz and MyProcurement. Push notifications are currently disabled.
We collect and organise information published by source portals into searchable listings. Our summaries may be incomplete, delayed or contain errors, including errors from the source. Verify the current notice, requirements and deadlines on the official portal. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
An Independent Tool
TenderWatch is an independent tool by Deep Forest Lab — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government agency or the portals it lists. Listings are for discovery only and may be incomplete or contain errors. Every listing links back to the official portal, where you download documents and submit your bid. We do not host documents or accept submissions. Your subscription pays for TenderWatch app features, not access to government tenders. You can visit the official portals directly without a TenderWatch subscription. Always verify requirements, dates and updates with the official source.
